What is the geder of the shesh Mitzvos temidiyos? In what way are they all constant? I mean, licho’oiro a person can’t be constantly thinking all these thoughts on a conscious level.
Also, how is lo susoru a constant Mitzvah; how is it different from any other Mitzvas lo saaseh, which only applies when one is in a situation of actual temptation? So if a forbidden thought of znus or kfira enters his mind and he repels it, he has fulfilled the Mitzvah, but if it didn’t enter his mind in the first place, how do we say that he is fulfilling this Mitzvah constantly?

maybe is because we have, naturally , in golus, a constant challenge in them .
we don't see Hashem, so someone can think that there is also something else,we are distract and we don't feel love.or fear, as well in lo susoru
lo susoru ,maybe is a constant mitzvah ,b/c our nefesh abamis tends to go for gashmius, and we might forgot thay everything is to serve Hashem

Possibly touched upon in LS v 19 Teitzei (4).

Chosidnistar's point seems to be reflected in the sicha. Namely (if I remember the sicha correctly) that we need to be involved in the Mitzva (remembering Amalek, remembering Shabbos) to the point that we are in a state of constant hisoirirus.
So if we are cognizant of Hashem constantly, then we are geared into cleaving to Him. This is synonymous with loi sosuru, don't turn (away from Him and) toward our heart's sinning desires.
It all fits in with limud chassidus, "Da es Eloikei ovicho viavdeihu bileiv sholeim." By knowing Hashem, we are able to serve Him with a complete heart.
