BS"D  Why would you think that they would approve something that is not cholov Yisroel?

Because it says "chalavi" but does not say "cholov yisroel" anywhere. I have seen other items with their hechsher which do say cholov yisroel.

if you mean the 'badatz' of yerushalayim (eida chareidis)than you need to educate yourself a bit (just kidding)they would never ever give a hechsher on something non cholov yisroel! in fact its very difficult to get their hechsher and it's the one unifier in erets yisroel, every single group lutvish , chasidesh uses it.
Bichlal all the bedatz style hechsheirim in eretz yisroel will not allow non cholov yisroel (and many Rabbanut too)

is it even possible to obtain non-cholov Yisrael milk products, made in Israel? Isn't it all coming from the same cholov Yisrael Tenuva cooperative?

There are other dairies though, but all are kosher (tenneh nogah, yotvata)
the problem would arise with milk powder imported from overseas

all are kosher, meaning cholov Yisrael?

BS"D Someone pm'd me, saying:

Stam le'hoir: No-one gives a hechsher on "something that is not cholov Yisroel" They (like OU and OK etc) simply rely on a daya that IN SOME COUNTRIES, the government supervision allows general milk to be considered CH.

Well, Rav Feinstein does say that we can consider the milk products in the United States to be "like" cholov yisroel.

we've been through all this before in the chalav Yisrael thread, let's not repeat the points made there
I will only say (bec. of the two previous posts) that the Rebbe made it very clear that "LIKE chalav yisrael" is not equal to chalav Yisrael, and that the negative effects that milk not seen milked by a Jew has on a person, are present in this milk that is "like" chalav Yisrael.

please! any further comments about chalav Yisrael that do not relate to the Badatz- in the appropriate thread!
