Anyone know about the Lubavitch community in Monsey?
There is a Lubavitch Yeshiva in Monsey, anyone know where it's located?

Yasher koach.
Now, has anyone spent any time in that community? Is it a small community?

Of course, it's one of the ikkarim of the internet.
I have seen that web site, and while it is very nice it doesn't give the address of the Yeshiva (only a PO Box).
Besides, I am trying to solicit more than just some numbers and mosdos...has anyone been there (Lubavitcher Monsey)? Is it a warm kehilla? Well established?

For that you will have to ask people that live there...

To save myself the trouble of wandering the streets of Monsey, soliciting bearded, fedora-wearing Jews for their two cents, I thought perhaps one or two of them, or their friends or relatives, might pass through Chabadtalk and be inspired to offer their comments.
If I'd known I would hit such a raw nerve, I probably would have kept my posts to myself. :disapp:
Maybe I'll go find out about Kiryas Yoel...... ;)

Listen I know Rabbi Aharon Ganz that lives there and he is a fine person.
It is not such a "raw nerve" as you describe it.
