In Torah we hold of kal vchomer, so why is one not chayov misa for hitting his saba? There is a kal vchomer, if the father is chayov misa when hitting his father, he who is chayov misa for his hitting his own father al achas kama vchama?

Tzfas, T613 answered you for your question, but your kal vchomer has a mokor in who should be servrd first, fathere or grandfather. see Minchas Elozor 3:33 (although halacha is that father is first).
