Where is this gemara particularly the highlighted area discussed in Chabad Chassidus ?
"Then Yehoshua stood upon the platform of the Levi'im, with Bani, Kadmiel, Shebaniah, Bunni, Sherebiah, Bani, and Chenani, and they cried out in a loud voice to God" (Nechemiah 9:4). What did they say? Rav Yehudah, and according to others, Rebi Yochanan said, they cried, "Woe, woe, it is this (the yetzer hara) that destroyed the Temple, burnt the Heichal, killed all the just men, and exiled Israel from their land, and still it dances among us! Why did You give it to us? Is it not in order to give us greater reward for overcoming it? However, we want neither it nor the great rewards" . . . They fasted three days and three nights, and then it (the evil inclination) was delivered into their hands. The result was that a flame in the shape of a young lion came out of the Holy of Holies . "Here he is, the evil inclination of idolatry," the prophet called to Israel, as it is says, "This is the evil" (Zechariah 5:8). While they were catching him, a hair was torn out of his mane; he issued a cry which was heard for a distance of four hundred miles. They said: "If he cries so loudly, what can we do to him? What can we do so that his voice be not heard so that Heaven should not pity him?" They were advised by the prophet to throw him into a leaden boiler, as lead absorbs sound. They put him into a leaden boiler and covered it with a leaden lid, as it is says, "This is the evil" (Ibid.). So he threw it into the midst of the ephah and he put the heavy lead cover over its opening. They then said: "Since it is a favorable moment, let us pray against sensual desire." So they prayed, and it was delivered to them. The prophet told them, "Be careful, if you kill this spirit, the entire world will be destroyed." They kept him imprisoned for three days. After, they looked for an egg laid on that day for a sick person, but it could not be found in all of Eretz Yisroel. They said among themselves: "What should we do? If we kill him, the world will be destroyed. Should we pray for part? There is a tradition that things are not given in halves from Heaven." So they blinded him in both of his eyes and left him, and as a result, since then he does not arouse desire towards relatives. (Yoma 69b)
