Manicure/pedicure

When cutting nails is not allowed i.e. Rosh Chodesh, Thursday, are you allowed to get a manicure or pedicure on those specific dates?

Even more, are you allowed to get a manicure and pedicure on the same day, I know that you aren't supposed to cut your toe/nails same day, does the same apply?

Cutting your nails yourself or having it done by a professional has the same result-nails being cut.
