Can anyone point me to the Entebbe sicha where the Rebbe said that Jews should thank Hashem for the miraculous rescue, and he answered the Satmer Rebbe's criticism (who attacked the idea that miracles would come through the Tziyoinim) by pointing out the halacha to go to a non-Jewish doctor and al achas kama v'chama Jewish soldiers who are moser nefesh for other Jews.
