Only Boring People...

I heard once (and used this many times since, because I agree) that 'only boring people get bored'. However, I have been told 'sheket' many times over, as well as told to get lost, and that it's not true.

So I ask- Do you think it's true that 'Only boring people get bored'?

BTW- nice chiddush, I never heard that one before. So how would you overcome that isgabrus? (Not that I get bored, ch"v, it was just a question based on interactions with others. Be'emet. Can't remember being bored.)

i dont think that it means ur a boring person if you get bored, thats just stupid

Why is that stupid? Think of it like this: You like being around interesting people, and if you're with someone boring, then you get bored, right? But who are you with the most? Yourself- 24/7. So if you're bored when you're by yourself, then obviously you're not a very interesting person- because you're with yourself, and you're getting bored. Get it? I think it makes a lot of sense.
