A Chassidisher Derher Tishrei 5781 Issue
From the editor's page (beginning of magazine) -
The Rebbe concludes that what makes the nesi'im of Chabad unique is that their provisions to the members of their generation is not limited to one area or another. Every single thing that comes down from heaven and is bestowed upon the people of their time must all come through the nassi. The Rebbe gives us everything we need both in gashmius and in ruchnius, and our connection back to him needs to reciprocate as such. Every part of our lives and every fiber of our being needs to be based on our hiskashrus to the Rebbe. -- Could someone please explain how the above statement in green works with all of our siddurim and machzorim in which we are asking Hashem to give us all of our wants and needs? This is the bitachon that all of our prayers are training us to have in Hashem - that we have to only look to Him and ask only Him for everything we need. |

Everything comes FROM Hashem, THROUGH the Nossi hador. We daven to Hashem that He should decree lots of good things for us. The Rebbe can’t be mashpia anything that’s not decided upon in Shomayim. However, it’s important to work on our hiskashrus so we can have access to all the brochos that are in store for us.
